Not so good experience today. Other days have been better. Very bland food and overcooked.

Picked up lunch here. Priced just right and fast service.

I love yen yen. Little buffet, but at least it's not bad. The service is really good. The food is excellent. The Pu Pu platter is great. I really enjoyed the lo mein. I wish they would expand their buffet. In any case yen yen totally beats Jade any day of the week. The food comes out real quick too!

The food is a little bland, the tea is a little strong, but the portions are huge and the service is excellent.

The food was good and the customer service was excellent. But the dim lighting made it depressing in there plus the seats are very far apart so I had to lean on the table which hurt my back. Another thing, the popular buffet is not on Saturdays and the green tea was mediocre it tasted similar to Lipton tea. Lastly, the presentation is cool and they make the food fast.

Great Chinese buffet

Well the restaurant isn't much to look at it from the outside, when you enter Yen Yen you discover that it's actually quite a nice sit-down place. The items on the menu are well priced for what you get, though they do come with a little bit of sticker shock being on the higher side for what you would consider normally paying for Chinese food. The biggest warning I can give a person who is dining here is honestly too not over order, on top of being very delicious the portions are very large. If you're looking for a good place to go for a first date or your 50th date I highly recommend here.

Yen Yen is some of the best Chinese in Gardner. The food isn't swimming in grease like some places. The prices are fair. The service is fast and friendly. Dined in a few times and enjoyed it. Take out is always good.

The chicken wings are really good but the egg foo young was just ok. I haven't had enough of their food to really give a honest opinion though.

I had a great experience here with my love. This was my first time having a scorpion bowl and OMG it was so good. Delicious. We also ordered some appetizers and tried scallion pancakes for the first time too. So yummy. We decided to go here the night of the 2018 blizzard, surprised they were open. So fun!!

The wanton soup is full of noodles, veggies, and pork- very tasty. We've never had a bad meal at YenYen.

Past two two times I’ve been here the staff has been very rude .. make sure you don’t come here 45min before close because they will rudely tell you that they are not seating anyone only pick ups. So I left and a few min later I decided I wanted to do a pick up order so I called they hung up the phone when they answered the first time. The second they rudely told me they are not doing anymore more orders .

Food is so good and yummy. Atmosphere leaves something to be desired.

More like YUM YUM!! Thanks to sheer luck, my passenger needed a bathroom and this was the restaurant closest after the exit. It was kinda dark in the dining area and we were the only ones there for an hour or so. Looks like they do have a buffet, but COVID nixed that in the bud. Normally, I would play it safe with General's or Orange chicken. I'm glad I changed it up for the Empress Chicken. I don't know how they did it, but the chicken was crunchy, not chewy and overall easy to bite into! Also liked the sweetness of the sauce. The portions are really huge too and can easily be shared by two people. There were some veggies in the dish as well, but I didn't care for it much, felt like it was mostly for presentation. Definitely plan to come back and try the dishes that I also go for and see if it still holds my admiration!

It wasn't as good as usual. The waitress was outstanding though. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Tried this 3 times and each time was worse than the time before. Tried the buffet the first time, dont bother, go to wendys, the next time ordered from menu and left half there, 3rd time, ordered pupu for 2 and beef fried rice, the rice wasnt even fully cooked. We told the waitress who could not have cared less, asked her to take it back and bring a lo mein instead and in the end were charged for half cooked rice and lo mein. 3 strikes you're out,

Most Chinese restaurants are okay. This one was very good. The food, service, & atmosphere were all very good.

It's good comfort chinese food.

We've been coming here for several years. About a year ago, they changed hands to a new owner/management team & the results were immediately noted! Faster service, piping hot, fresh food, etc. Several months ago, they re-did the entire interior, with all new booths, tables & chairs, including in the bar area - where they have about 4 TV's. Great to watch football, hockey or baseball games. Good, attentive service. We'll keep coming back

Good chicken fried rice if you add Sriracha to it. A bit expensive but you do get lot of food for the money I guess.
